Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur reasonable fees and may pause active work.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by Tsalach Marketing or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Deliverables produced for clients transfer per the terms of the signed agreement.
Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential and only use it to provide the services. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information except as required by law.
Disclaimer
Our website and services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific business results, rankings, or revenue outcomes. Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tsalach Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the three (3) months prior to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the signed agreement. Outstanding fees for work performed remain due upon termination.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
